It facilitates the gathering of data from individual plants (quarries) regarding machine performance, production, external services, and worker attendance during shifts. It generates comprehensive reports on production and output, along with technical and economic indicators of both mobile and stationary technological equipment for specified periods.
The Concrete Plant Planning and Management module offers comprehensive tools for production planning and management of technical resources, specifically tailored for concrete production and maximally integrated with production technologies. The module encompasses the entire process, including business activities, capacity planning, production management, inventory management, financial accounting, and CRM. It facilitates the planning and management of production across multiple concrete plants, resource sharing, and provides reporting for performance evaluation. Integration with various concrete production technology systems is facilitated by an independent IConcretePlant interface, enabling seamless communication with these systems through dedicated drivers.
The Recycling module serves as the primary technical module for production within a company specializing in construction waste recycling. It gathers data from individual plants regarding machine performance, production, external services, and worker attendance during shifts. Additionally, it generates comprehensive reports on production, output, and techno-economic indicators of transport equipment and mechanization for specified periods.
The Engineering Production module offers a comprehensive management and planning tool for engineering companies. Comprising several interconnected sub-modules, it encompasses engineering preparation, planning, and production management. Technical production preparation involves creating design and technological bills of materials, as well as technological procedures. Production planning entails generating production orders and planning capacity and material requirements. Production control covers the operational allocation of tasks to work sites, scheduling deadlines and personnel, material allocation, and delivery of completed work. Primarily designed for piece and small batch production, the software solution meets the specific needs of such manufacturing environments.
